Children’s dinghies: Optimist

Our Club has trained boys and girls to sail for many years and has had great success both at national and international level. The Optimist is a type of single-handed sailboat designed for boys and girls aged from 7 to 14 years of age and is used to give young sailors and future champions their first taste of regatta sailing. To give our youngsters the best possible training, we divide them into two groups, beginners and competition level.

Timetable:
- Beginners: Saturdays and Sundays 11am to 3pm
- Competition: Saturdays and Sundays 11am to 4.30pm
